We are pleased to announce that as of March 20, 1999, PEERLESS-WINSMITH has received ISO 9001 certification. We believe that customer satisfaction is the key to our future and that this is based on highly reliable delivery of quality products and services.  Accordingly, we have embraced the international standard for quality management – ISO 9001.  This standard provides common worldwide criteria for effective quality management and covers twenty areas including design, document control, inspection, testing, servicing, training and others.  ISO 9001 certification is received upon successful completion of an accredited third party audit to the standards.
